REMOTE MEETING WILL BE BROADCAST LIVE ON EDUCATIONAL ACCESS PROGRAMMING (EDTV), PLYMOUTH, MA MONDAY, MAY 18, 2020 @ 7:00 P.M. The Public is encouraged to submit written testimony/comments as there will be no in-person public comments at the May 18, 2020, School Committee meeting. People who wish to participate in public comment may email Mrs. Peg Grimes, School Committee Clerk of the Board, any time after this notice is posted up until 7:45 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2020. Every effort will be made to set aside time at the end of the school committee meeting for Mrs. Grimes to read all commentary or questions to the School Committee members. Emails sent to Mrs. Grimes should include the full name and current address of the submitter so they can be read and recorded into the meeting minutes. Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation by all members. Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found on the Town of Plymouth’s website, at For this meeting, members of the public who wish to watch the meeting may do so by tuning into your Educational Access Programming channel (Channel 14 Comcast; Channel 45 Verizon). No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means.
